Orders & payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Intellectual property
All brand designs, illustrations, photography, and copy are the property of Southern Drift Co., LLC. Original artwork (Moon River patch, SD monogram, Oyster Roast Club, Marsh Grass pattern, Saltwater badge) is protected.
Limitation of liability
Southern Drift Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
