Shipping & Returns
How we ship
Every order is printed-on-demand or hand-picked in Savannah, GA. Print-on-demand pieces (tees, sweatshirts, totes, beach towels, bandanas, stickers) typically print + ship within 3–5 business days. Boutique inventory ships within 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is $8.95 flat for orders under $75. Tracking is provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Print-on-demand items (custom tees, totes, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective, since each piece is made specifically for you. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How to start a return
Email hello@southerndriftllc.co with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the package.
